Eligible beneficiaries can review and make certain changes to Medicare Advantage and Part D coverage for the following year.
Covered California 2027 Coverage: November 1, 2026–January 31, 2027
Individuals and families can generally apply for or change marketplace coverage during the yearly enrollment period. Enrollment by December 31, 2026 is required for coverage for all of 2027. Qualifying life events may create other enrollment opportunities. Confirm current dates before applying.
Prepare Before the Deadline

- List prescriptions and preferred pharmacies
